Parent Partnership works with parents, voluntary organisations and the Local Education Authority (LEA) to provide information and support for parents of
children with special educational needs (SEN).
Parents are offered help and support by Parent Partnership in a number of ways, by:
Offering a confidential listening service to parents' views, concerns or anxieties about their child.
Providing written information for parents.
Putting parents in touch with voluntary or statutory organisations who can offer specialist advice or help.
Offering the support of a volunteer.
Parent Partnership co-ordinates a team of independent parental supporters who they will match with a parent needing support
Parents are kept in touch with a termly newsletter called 'Partnership News', which is widely distributed in Norfolk schools and libraries
